The order was sent to me on time however, the wrong product was received. The item they sent to me was a backpack and with a price difference of about $100.00 from the posted price. When called to return the wrong item received the customer service rep on the phone was curt and not polite and stated it was my fault the wrong item was sent...Needless to say, I will not ordered from this company anymore.
